Abstain from all appearance of evil。 — Providing for

你这睡着的人当醒过来，从死里复活，基督就要光照你了（弗5：14）。 你们晓得现今就是该趁早睡醒的时候，因为我们得救，现今比初信的时候更近了（罗13：11）。所以，我们不要睡觉。像别人一样，总要警醒谨守。因为睡了的人是在夜间睡，醉了的人是在夜间醉。但我们既然属乎白昼，就应当谨守，把信和爱当作护心镜遮胸，把得救的盼望当作头盔戴上（帖前5：6…8）。兴起，发光！因为你的光已经来到，耶和华的荣耀发现照耀你。看哪，黑暗遮盖大地，幽暗遮盖万民，耶和华却要显现照耀你，他的荣耀要现在你身上（赛60：l，2）。 要约束你们的心，谨慎自守，专心盼望耶稣基督显现的时候所带来给你们的恩（彼前1：13）。 你们腰里要束上带，灯也要点着。好像仆人等候主人（路12：35，36）。 Awake thou that sleepest； and arise from the dead； and Christ shall give thee light。 It is high time to awake out of sleep： for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed。 — Therefore let us not sleep； as do others； but let us watch and be sober。 For they that sleep sleep in the night： and they that be drunken are drunken in the night。 But let us； who are of the day； be sober； putting on the breastplate of faith and love； and for an helmet； the hope of salvation。 Arise； shine； for thy light is e； and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee。 For behold darkness shall cover the earth； and gross darkness the people； but the Lord shall arise upon thee； and his glory shall be seen upon thee。

耶和华在你们中间，你必不再惧怕灾祸（番3：15）。 你不要害怕，因为我与你同在；不要惊惶，因为我是你的神。我必坚固你，我必帮助你，我必用我公义的右手扶持你（赛41：10）。你们要使软弱的手坚壮，无力的膝稳固。对胆怯的人说：你们要刚强，不要惧怕。看哪，你们的 神必来报仇，必来施行极大的报应，他必来拯救你们（赛35：3，4）。耶和华你的 神是施行拯救、大有能力的主。他在你中间必因你欢欣喜乐，默然爱你，且因你喜乐而欢呼（番3：17）。要等候耶和华！当壮胆，坚固你的心。我再说：要等候耶和华（诗27：14）！我听见有大声音从宝座出来说：看哪， 神的帐幕在人间。他要与人同住，他们要作他的子民； 神要亲自与他们同在，作他们的 神。 神要擦去他们一切的眼泪，不再有死亡，也不再有悲哀、哭号、疼痛（启21：3，4）。 The Lord is in the midst of thee。 Fear thou not； for I am with thee： be not dismayed； for I am thy God： I will strengthen thee； yea； I will help thee； yea； I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness。 — Strengthen ye the weak hands； and confirm the feeble knees。 Say to them that are of a fearful heart； Be strong； fear not： behold； your God will e with vengeance； even God with a repence； He will e and save you。 — The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty； he will save； he will rejoice over thee with joy； he will rest in his love； he will joy over thee with singing。 — Wait on the LORD： be of good courage； and he shall strengthen thine heart。 I heard a great voice out of heaven； saying； Behold； the tabernacle of God is with men； and he will dwell with them； and they shall be his people； and God himself shall be with them； and be their God。 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes； and there shall be no more death； neither sorrow； nor crying； neither shall there be any more pain。 ZEPH。 3：15。 Isa。 41：10。 …Isa。 35：3；4。 …Zeph。 3：17。 …Psa。 27：14。 Rev。 21：3；4。

你为什么向我哀求呢？你吩咐以色列人往前走（出14：15）。 我们都当刚强，为本国的民和 神的城邑作大丈夫。愿耶和华凭他的意旨而行（代上19：13）。我们祷告我们的 神，……派人看守，昼夜防备（尼4：9）。凡称呼我主啊，主啊的人，不能都进天国；惟独遵行我天父旨意的人，才能进去（太7：21）。人若立志遵着他的旨意行，就必晓得这教训是出于 神（约7：17）。

你要在基督耶稣的恩典上刚强起来（提后2：1）。 照他荣耀的权能，得以在各样的力上加力（西1：11）。你们既然接受了主基督耶稣，就当遵他而行，在他里面生根建造，信心坚固，正如你们所领的教训，感谢的心也更增长了（西2：6，7）。使他们称为公义树，是耶和华所栽的，叫他得荣耀（赛61：3）。你们被建造在使徒和先知的根基上，有基督耶稣自己为房角石，各房靠他联络得合式，�
